Water damage restoration, around the clock
A burst supply line, a failed water heater, a roof leak, an overflowing appliance — water travels fast and hides in places you can’t see. We extract it, dry the structure properly, and document every step for your insurer.
Stop the spread first
The first few hours decide how big this claim gets. Water wicks up drywall, runs along joists and soaks into insulation and subfloor long before you can see a stain. Left alone, a Category 1 clean-water loss can turn into a mold problem.
Our crews arrive with portable extraction units, commercial air movers, dehumidifiers and moisture meters. We find the moisture you can’t see, remove what can’t be saved, and dry what can — which is usually far more than people expect.
What a water job actually looks like
- Emergency contact. You call or text. We talk you through shutting off the source and staying safe, then dispatch.
- Inspection and moisture mapping. Moisture meters establish exactly how far the water traveled, including inside wall cavities and under flooring.
- Extraction. Standing water out, saturated materials removed where drying isn’t viable.
- Structural drying. Air movers and dehumidifiers placed to an engineered drying plan, with daily moisture readings logged.
- Verification and hand-off. We dry to documented targets, not to a guess — then hand your adjuster a complete file.

Common causes we see in the Capital Region
- Frozen and burst pipes in unheated crawlspaces and second homes
- Washing machine and dishwasher supply line failures
- Water heater tank ruptures
- Ice damming and roof leaks after a hard winter
- Sump pump failure during spring melt and heavy storms
- Sprinkler discharge and pipe breaks in commercial buildings
Why property owners call us
- You get a person, not a call center. Our phones are answered live, 24 hours a day, by people who live and work in this region.
- Certified crews. IICRC-certified technicians, plus New York State certification for mold work.
- We handle the insurance side. Documentation, photos, moisture logs and estimates go straight to your adjuster in the format they expect.
- Local and family-owned. 25+ years in the Capital Region — not a franchise passing your job to a subcontractor.
Not sure whether it’s worth a call? It is. Estimates are free, we’ll tell you honestly if you don’t need us, and the cost of waiting is almost always higher than the cost of finding out. 518-766-9595
