How pack-out works

1. Inventory. Every item is photographed and logged before it leaves the property. You get the list; so does your adjuster.
2. Transport. Items are wrapped, crated and moved to our secure facility in New York.
3. Cleaning and deodorizing. Our technicians clean contents with the appropriate process for each material — ultrasonic, hand cleaning, textile cleaning, ozone or hydroxyl deodorization.
4. Storage. Cleaned contents go into large, sealed storage vaults in our climate-controlled warehouse.
5. Pack-back. When the structure is finished, everything comes home and goes back where it belongs.
