What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a service request, an insurance claim submittal, or a job application — we collect the information you enter. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and a description of the damage or the role you’re applying for.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, dispatch a crew, prepare an estimate, communicate with your insurance agent or adjuster where you’ve asked us to, and follow up about the work. If you apply for a job, we use it to evaluate your application.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We may share what’s necessary with parties directly involved in your job — your insurance carrier, adjuster, agent or a vendor program that assigned the claim — and with service providers who help us operate (for example, our form and email providers). They are only permitted to use it to perform that service.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what’s needed to work correctly and, where enabled, standard web analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Analytics providers may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
Text messages
If you text our published number, we’ll reply by text about your job. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We don’t use your number for marketing texts.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as needed to service the work, meet our insurance and contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law. Job applications are retained for a reasonable recruiting period.
Your choices

Children
This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
