The disaster cleanup specialists you want on your side
Over 25 years cleaning up fire, smoke, water, sewage and mold damage across eastern New York, western Massachusetts and southern Vermont — as a local, family-owned business.
Local, family owned, and still here
Certified Water, Smoke & Fire has been cleaning up property damage in this region for more than 25 years. We’re owned and run by Steve and CarolAnn Price, who between them have 25+ combined years in the restoration industry and managed Certified for ten years before taking it over.
That matters more than it sounds. Restoration is an industry full of national franchises and private-equity roll-ups, where the person who answers your call has never been to your county and the crew that shows up works for someone else entirely. We’re the other thing: the owners are reachable, the technicians are ours, and our reputation is the only marketing that has ever really worked for us.
We’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, because disasters don’t keep business hours. And we work directly with your insurance company and agent so that communication on your claim is thorough and nothing gets lost between parties.
